    If you're already sitting in front of your computer, why get up to check the fax machine? With Fax800® your faxes can be conveniently delivered to any e-mail address(es) of your choice.

    • A fax is sent to your Fax800® toll-free fax number.
    • The fax is converted to either .PDF or .TIF format.
    • The fax is then delivered to you as an attachment directly to your e-mail.

    View your new fax message by simply double clicking on the attachment. You now have the ability to View, Print, Forward, and Save your faxes from your e-mail.

    View and organize your faxes from any computer in the world, by logging on to WebLINK, our web-based fax control panel.

  1. Send Faxes Online

    Login to WebLINK, our web-based fax control panel, from anywhere in the world, browse documents on your computer, select the one you'd like to fax out, enter the fax number and click send. We support most popular office and image file formats, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.

    Use the WebLINK Fax Control Panel to upload documents and fax out directly from the Web.
    • Upload documents from your computer to fax out
    • View sent faxes along with real time delivery status
    • Send frequently sent faxes from your recently sent folder
    • Name your sent faxes for organizational purposes
    • Take personal notes on your sent faxes for future reference

  2. Send Faxes directly from Your PC

    You can download free FaxFreedom software that will install a virtual fax printer on your PC that allows you to print files to other fax machines.

    Sending a fax is just like printing a document. Just click, print and fax.

    For example, if you have prepared a Word document that you would like to fax out, simply select file -> print and select the FaxFreedom Printer. You will then be asked to enter the fax number of the receiver. We've made faxing as easy as printing.

Store and label any of your faxes in a special folder for easy access. The next time you need to send the same fax, you'll know where to find it. Archive your faxes for quick retrieval and label them for easy reference.
