Each Fax800® subscription consists of a base monthly charge. We bill directly to credit card and you can cancel at anytime with 30 days notice.

Each Fax800® subscription includes a number of fax minutes per month. Internal fax audits show an average fax speed of approximately 1 minute per page. Compare this to other services that charge per page and our per minute pricing can total some big savings. To add to the value even more, we calculate minutes in 6-second increments, so partial minutes cost just a fraction of our already low per minute rate.

In the event that you exceed your included monthly minutes in any given month, you'll only pay for the fax minutes you use. There are no penalties or heafty overage charges.

Each Fax800® subscription comes with a dedicated toll-free fax number. No sharing a toll free number like other services, it's unique - like your business. And your toll-free fax number can be yours to keep if you should decide to leave our service. Pick a toll-free fax number now.

Allows you to block any particular number(s) from calling your toll-free fax number. Can be used to block annoying junk faxes. You control the level of blocking:

• Block an entire area code(s).
• Block area code(s) + prefix.
• Block specific 10-digit phone number(s).

We capture the fax number of all incoming faxes, even if they're coming from a blocked or unlisted fax number. The fax number can be retrieved from within your web-based fax control panel, or when the fax is emailed to you.

Your faxes can be sent to any e-mail address (or multiple addresses). Your faxes will be delivered as attachments in the form of a .TIF or .PDF file, whichever you prefer. Simply double click the attachment to view. Since the fax format is non-proprietary, you'll be able to share faxes with others as well as view, print, forward, and save your faxes directly from your e-mail.

Whenever you receive a new fax, you'll have the option to have us notify you. There are several notification options:

Our online fax control panel provides you access to send and manage your faxes conveniently online, anywhere in the world. You can:

• View, print, save, delete and archive all received faxes.
• Send faxes to any fax machine directly from your computer.
• Share received emailed faxes with others.
• Archive and label sent and received faxes for quick retrieval.
• Manage your fax notification preferences.
• Get detailed reports on sent and received faxes.
• View caller id of each fax sender to your toll-free fax number.

Enjoy unlimited fax capacity so you never have to worry about running out of disk storage space. Faxes are saved for a maximum of 90 days online, but can be easily downloaded to your PC for true archiving.

All Fax800® toll-free fax numbers have been provisioned to allow multiple incoming faxes, simultaneously. This means if there are two or more people trying to fax you at the same time, neither one will get a busy signal and you'll receive both faxes.

With Fax800® you won't need an extra phone line for faxing or even a fax machine. All you need is a computer and internet access and you'll be able to send and receive faxes. It's just like having your fax machine with you, everywhere you go.

We understand the importance for the human side of technology and make ourselves readily available to personally assist you in getting setup quickly and easily. Our friendly support staff is located in-house and will help you configure system settings, add a feature, upgrade to a different plan or simply assist you with any questions.

There are several toll-free prefixes (i.e. 888, 877 & 866), but many prefer having an 800 prefix number because it's immediately recognized as toll-free by callers and it also symbolizes a more prestigious image on a business card, letterhead or advertisement. Our True 800 number option allows you to choose your own 800 number from our in-house stock of available numbers.

You can transfer your existing toll-free fax number to us easily. When ordering, select the transfer option. We'll send you a number transfer form that you fill out, sign and send back to us. Then let us take care of the rest. The transfer process typically takes 5-7 business days. We'll even provide you with a temporary toll-free number so you may access your new fax system before your existing toll-free number is active.

A vanity number can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number easier for customers to remember. Vanity numbers are based on their availability. Since a toll-free number is a feature of our service, you must subscribe to our service in order to secure a toll-free number. Use our live vanity search tool to search for as many numbers as you'd like until you find a perfect match. You can search availability in all toll-free prefixes (i.e. 800, 888, 877, and 866).

A local number can provide you with a hometown feel that will better connect you with customers in your area. Multiple local numbers can be added to the same account to service multiple local markets. Local numbers also allow for faxes to come into your toll-free system from overseas, allowing you to extend your business worldwide.

Each virtual local number comes with a two-line capability, so you can receive two faxes at any one time without the caller hearing a busy signal. Additional lines can be added at $10 per two lines. Local numbers are available in U.S. area codes only at this time and are based on availability.
