Each Fax800® subscription consists of a monthly charge of $9.95 plus toll-free usage in excess of the included monthly minutes or any value-added feature options.

The first 100 minutes of fax usage is included with your base subscription for no additional cost. Internal fax audits show the average fax speed to be approximately 1 minute per page, which means you'll have about 100 pages of fax usage per month without incurring any additional toll-free usage costs. Actual fax speeds may vary. If you do exceed the 100 minutes of usage per month, don't worry, you're only charged based on what you use. Rates range from 4.5¢ to 6.9¢ per minute and are billed in 6-second increments.

In the event that you exceed the 100 free minutes in any given month, you'll pay only for fax usage at our default "Pay As You Go" rate of 6.9¢ per minute. We also offer bulk minute plans that you can purchase to lower that rate even more. Learn more »

Each subscription comes with a dedicated toll-free fax number. No sharing a toll free number like other services, it's unique - like your business. And your toll-free fax number can be yours to keep if you should decide to leave our service.

Store and label any of your faxes in a special folder for easy access. The next time you need to send the same fax, you'll know where to find it.

Whenever you receive a new fax, you'll have the option to have us notify you by phone or pager. You can easily choose which method of notification you prefer, using our internet-based control panel. You'll also be given the option of times and days of the week when you would like your notification turned on.

Allows you to block any particular number(s) from calling your toll-free fax number. Can be used to block annoying junk faxes. You control the level of blocking:

• Block an entire area code(s).
• Block area code(s) + prefix.
• Block specific 10-digit phone number(s).

We capture the fax number of all incoming faxes, even if they're coming from a blocked or unlisted fax number. The fax number can be retrieved from within WebLINK, our internet-based control panel, or when the fax is emailed to you.

Your faxes can be sent to any e-mail address (or multiple addresses). Your faxes will be delivered as attachments in the form of a .TIF or .PDF file, whichever you prefer. Simply double click the attachment to view. Since the fax format is non-proprietary, you'll be able to share faxes with others as well as view, print, forward, and save your faxes directly from your e-mail.

All Fax800® toll-free fax numbers have been developed to allow multiple incoming faxes, simultaneously. This means if there are two or more people trying to fax you at the same time, neither one will get a busy signal and you'll receive both faxes.

There's two ways to send faxes with FaxFreedom. You can use WebLINK, our fax control panel, to browse documents on your computer, then select the one you would like to fax out. You can also opt to download our fax software that will install a virtual printer on your PC and allow you to print any file type to any fax machine. Orders processed through our online secure order form will be activated instantly. This means you can have a working toll-free fax number in just minutes. Exceptions include toll-free vanity number requests, transfers of existing toll-free numbers, International orders (including Canada) and payment requests by check or money order. These exceptions are typically processed manually next business day.

A local number can provide you with a hometown feel that will better connect you with customers in your area. Multiple local numbers can be added to the same account to service multiple local markets. Local numbers also allow for faxes to come into your toll-free system from overseas, allowing you to extend your business worldwide.

Each virtual local number comes with a two-line capability, so you can receive two faxes at any one time without the caller hearing a busy signal. Additional lines can be added at $10 per two lines. Local numbers are available in US area codes only at this time and are based on availability.

Transferring your existing toll-free fax number is simple. When ordering, select the transfer option. We'll email you a Responsible Organization (resporg) form that you sign and send back to us. Then let us take care of the rest.

The transfer process typically takes 5-7 business days. We'll provide you with a temporary toll-free number so you may access your new fax system before your existing toll-free number is active.

There are several toll-free prefixes (i.e. 888, 877 & 866), but many prefer having a true "800" number because it's immediately recognized as toll-free by callers and it also symbolizes a more prestigious image on a business card, letterhead or advertisement.

Our True 800 number option will ensure that you'll receive a randomly generated 800 number when your system is setup. You can not choose your number with this option, it just ensures the random toll-free number generated will have an 800 prefix.

A vanity number can greatly improve your marketing results by making your number easier for customers to remember. Vanity numbers are based on their availability. Since a toll-free number is a feature of our service, you must subscribe to our service in order to secure a toll-free number. Our live vanity search is available as part of our order process. You can search for as many numbers as you'd like until you find a perfect match. You can search availability in all toll-free prefixes (i.e. 800, 888, 877, and 866).

We capture every fax number that connects to your system, even if the number is unlisted or blocked. For an additional value, we can try and match the name and address associated with the captured number. You can conveniently access the name and address information through our web-based control panel anytime or have the leads delivered to your email address.

The pricing for this service is based on blocks of successful lookups. Unlike other features, this is not a monthly charge. The service can be added to automatically renew after it successfully captures your block of lookups or to expire once the successful lookups have been utilized.
