How much does it cost per fax?
Our pricing model is "per minute" based, not "per fax" based. With Fax800® you get 100 minutes included with your monthly subscription and are only charged if your fax usage exceeds this 100 minute block in any given month. We bill in 6-second increments, meaning we bill as close to the actual time it takes to send/receive a fax as possible.
Fax800® customers pay an average 6.9¢ per page compared to the average cost of most our competitors which bill 10¢ per page.
What are your toll free rates?
Our standard "Pay-As-You-Go" rates are 6.9¢ per minute and go as low as 4.5¢ per minute for bulk minute plans. You can learn more about our rates here.
Do unused minutes roll over into the next month?
No, unused minutes do not carry over from month to month.
Can I upgrade to a bulk minute plan at a later time?
Yes, no problem.
