Can I use your service in Canada?
Yes. Our toll free numbers are accessible from all of North America including Canada, across the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, faxes to and from Canada are considered International and are billed separately, meaning they do not count towards the included minutes that come with the service. Is your service compatible with Mac?
Yes, with the exception of the Print Driver used for sending outgoing faxes. Our print driver is only compatible with 32-bit Windows XP or later systems. However, as a Mac user, you can still send faxes through our secure online control panel as well as receive faxes by email. Faxes are in PDF format which is compatible with both Windows and Mac.
