How many faxes are included per month?
Depends on the plan you subscribe to. Each plan includes a different number of minutes per month. Internal fax audits show the average fax speed to be approximately 1 minute per page, which means you'll be able to send or receive about 1 fax page for every minute included with your plan per month without incurring any additional usage costs. Actual fax speeds may vary.

What format do incoming faxes come in?
Incoming faxes are converted to either .PDF or .TIF format, whichever you prefer. Our non-proprietary fax format provides the ultimate flexibility for sending your digital faxes to others without requiring them install any special software.

Can I send or receive fax documents in color?
Not at this time. There is a standard called ITU-T30e for faxing in color; unfortunately, it is not widely supported, so many of the color fax machines can only fax in color to machines from the same manufacturer.
