Billing Questions

How much am I charged after the free trial ends?
After your free trial, we'll automatically charge your credit card for the amount of the subscription that you choose during sign up. If you choose our standard subscription with 100 free minutes, we'll charge first and last month's rental fees upfront. After the first 30 days, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. When you cancel, the last month's rental that was paid upfront will be applied to your last month.

Is there a Money-Back Guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day 100% satsifaction money-back guarantee. Your first 15 days are completely free, but if you decide to cancel within the first 30 days of your initial sign up, then any rental charges collected will be refunded.

How am I billed?

How will I receive my statement?
You'll get statements detailing your billing and fax activity every month, sent to the email address on record. You can also log into your web-based fax control panel to view all statements for your account. You can print or save these statements for reference. We do not send paper statements or invoices.

How often am I billed?
We bill monthly. The start date of service is the date you'll be billed each month. For example, if your service is activated on the 31st of the month, then you'll be billed on the 31st of each month thereafter.

Can I change my credit card information after I sign up?
Yes, you may update your billing information online via WebLINK, our secure online control panel. You may also update your information by calling into our client support center.
